We build Park Model Tiny Homes in compliance with ANSI 119.5 standards, designed for customers who need a more spacious and comfortable tiny home for long-term use. These units are ideal for property owners looking for a semi-permanent or seasonal living option.

What We Build

• Framed exterior shells with:
  • Roof, walls, and windows fully installed
  • Insulated floor systems
  • Weatherproofed and ready for interior completion
• Built to ANSI 119.5 (Park Model RV) code, which governs recreational-use dwellings over 400 sq ft.
• Custom designs are available, or we can build according to customer-supplied plans.

Interior Completion Options

• You have two options for interior work:
  1. Finish it yourself – Handle the electrical, plumbing, and interior finishes independently or with your own team.
  2. Use our trusted trade partners – We can connect you with licensed electricians, plumbers, and interior finishers to deliver a complete build tailored to your needs.

What’s Covered

• Professionally framed and insulated Park Model Tiny Home shell
• Construction follows ANSI 119.5 standards for legal recreational use
• Custom layouts and design elements based on your input or existing plans
• Ready for delivery or on-site assembly

What’s Not Included (By Default)

• Interior systems: electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, and finishes
• Site permitting, utility hookups, and foundation work
• Delivery services – we do not deliver homes over 8.5' wide
• Long-term placement permits (local jurisdiction responsibility)

Pickup or On-Site Build

• All units are available for pickup from Snohomish, WA
• For customers in the region, we also offer on-site construction directly on your property

Process

• You choose between using a custom design we create for you or providing your own plans.
• Once the build specs are finalized, we construct the insulated shell either in our shop or on your site.
• If desired, we coordinate with licensed professionals for full interior build-out.
