Tiny Trailer Homes
My name’s Tom Walker, and I run Tiny Cedar Homes. I’ve been around a while, and let me tell you—I’ve seen a lot of people looking for simple, cozy homes that don’t come with a pile of red tape. That’s what got me into building travel trailer-style tiny homes.
These homes are certified, built solid, and best of all—they don’t need the same kind of permits you’d need for a regular house. We build them using the same basic standards you’d expect from a home (IRC and PMRV methods if you’re curious), but we make sure they’re approved under the ANSI 119.2 standard for travel trailers. That means they’re legal to move, and legal to park temporarily on property in Washington State.
We Build ’Em Your Way
Each home we build is customized just for you. You don’t have to settle for cookie-cutter. We’ve had folks ask for everything from jetted walk-in tubs to doggie doors, extra support for aging in place, and even a spot for their upright piano—and we’ve made it happen. Whether you want a clean, modern look or a warm, cabin-like feel, we’ll help you build it.
We Care About Quality
We’re proud to be part of the tiny home movement here in Washington. Our travel trailer homes are all certified to ANSI 119.2, which just means they’re built to be safe, reliable, and comfortable. We pay attention to every nail, every wire, and every finish. If it goes into one of our homes, it’s because we trust it.
From the materials we use to the electric and plumbing, everything is put together to meet or beat industry standards. We don’t cut corners, because we want you to feel good—and safe—when you pull up to your next spot or settle in on your property.
Your Dream, Your Tiny Home
At Tiny Cedar Homes, we believe your house should fit your life. That’s why we work one-on-one with you to figure out what you want—and then we build it. You tell us your ideas, and we’ll help bring them to life.
Thanks for taking the time to learn about what we do. If you’re looking for a tiny home on wheels that’s built with care and made just for you, well—you’re in the right place.
