Tiny Cedar Homes builds insulated exterior shells for travel trailer-style tiny homes in Washington State and surrounding regions. These mobile, code-compliant structures are designed to give you a durable, moveable housing option without the permitting burden of a traditional home.

What We Build

• We construct exterior shells only, including:
  • Framed and sheathed walls
  • Roofing and weatherproofing
  • Insulated floors
  • Windows and doors installed
• Built on certified trailers to ANSI 119.2 standards, qualifying as travel trailers for legal mobility and temporary placement.

Design Options

• We offer custom designs tailored to your needs
• Or, we can build to your provided plans
• Layouts, window placements, and sizing are finalized with you before construction begins

Interior Completion Options

• Two approaches:
  1. Customer-managed – You handle interior build-out independently
  2. Partner-supported – We can coordinate with licensed electricians, plumbers, and finish specialists to complete the home

Delivery & Pickup Options

• Delivery available within Washington, Idaho, and Montana
• Or, you may pick up directly from our shop in Snohomish, WA
• For certain projects, we also offer on-site builds on your property (within the region)

What’s Covered

• Weather-tight, insulated shell, mounted on a certified trailer
• Designed to meet ANSI 119.2 standards for legal use as a travel trailer
• Ready for interior finishing, with layout and structural elements aligned to your requirements

What’s Not Included (By Default)

• Interior work (plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, etc.)
• Site permits, foundation work, or long-term placement approvals
• Utility hookups and other on-site services (except by request with partners)

Summary

We build certified travel trailer shells that are flexible, durable, and tailored to your specs—either from a design we develop together or from your own plans. You can take over the finishing work or let us involve our partner network. Pickup, delivery, or on-site build options are available depending on your location.
